Calling in sick

Lest you think life is always sunshine and daisies, here's a few pictures of Abbey (and Mommy!) not feeling good. Watching videos is about all that anyone feels like doing right now.

Piano-playing

This was taken February 26, back during happier times for Abigail. Since then, she's come down with some kind of stomach bug that keeps her from doing much of anything. Yesterday she felt too blah to do anything besides sit on someone's lap: today she has the energy to cry but is still pretty wiped out. We hope she gets better soon!

Playhouse

Abigail's discovered that Striker's cage makes a great playhouse! No word from Striker on what he thinks of this newest invasion of his territory. Though anything that keeps her from messing with his nose is probably a good thing in his book.

Hats!

It's just a random hat we found somewhere. She loved wearing it though...

First taste of spaghetti

These were taken January 27th, when Abigail got her first taste of spaghetti. As you can see, it wasn't too disastrous: most of her hair is still clean!

Legos are in the blood

One of her favorite toys are my Lego horses. As you can see, they're helping her learn spacial and 3-D concepts!

Drinking and Walking

Abigail recommends a good drink after dinner. Walking helps to settle the food, too. Walking and drinking at the same time increases your efficiency by 12%!
