Bake Sale

                      Abigail is putting sprinkles on the brownies the morning of the bake sale. 

                                       All of the items we baked, not counting my mom's items.

                We managed to sell a few things to those passing by.  Who can resist these cuties.

Brother Fun

                   Ethan and Isaac decided to wear hats one morning and gave me big toothy grins!

Spring Garden Plans

The idea is to build a raised garden on a concrete slab in front of the house.  First, we moved blocks from the back of the house to the front and replaced them with Michigan field stone.

We set them up on the front porch.  Then we discovered there weren't enough, and that no one makes that size any more.  We had to replace them all.

It takes a lot of dirt to fill a raised garden!  Isaac impressed me the most: he just kept on trucking, with his little sandbox shovel.

Ballet Recital

Abigail really enjoyed her ballet class.  She started attending last year and always looks forward to her Friday afternoon dance sessions.  She had a new teacher this year, but Miss Naomi seemed to do just as a well as the former teacher, if not better.  Last Saturday they finished their year with a demonstration of moves and a short recital.  Our girl had no nerves at all!
