Lots of fun parks!

Five on a swing!

Or do your own swing.

Merry-go-rounds seem to be getting rare any more.

Who doesn't love a twisty slide?

Ethan's a pretty good climber, too.

He has a great smile.

And so does his littlest brother!

In September we moved from Michigan to Indiana, which is mostly why we are way behind with photos...

Favorite places of Hillsdale

In a few weeks we are moving to Indiana, so here are some of our favorite places in Hillsdale:

The Farmer's Market: home of maple syrup, fresh honey, home-baked cookies, and friendly dogs for petting.

The fountain in front of the courtyard: great entertainment on a hot day!

Who could do without their community library?

Various pictures that haven't otherwise found a reason to be posted...
Waiting for the 4th of July parade to start

On the hottest Saturday of 2016, we visited the Chelsea Treehouse: indoor play area for the kids, and air conditioning for the adults!

Luke in the swing at the 68th (or thereabouts) annual Dickerson family re-union on the 4th of July.

Abbey posing in the Arboretum at Hillsdale College

Abbey posing in the dry waterfall at the Arboretum.  We were there in the spring, before they turned the waterfall on.

All the kids (older ones, anyway) posing on the bridge

While I was at an interview in Dayton, OH, the kids got to visit a playplace.

This was back in April.

At the hotel in Dayton

Luke hamming for the camera

The 2015-16 winter was mild: the kids making snow angels on one of the few snowy days.

Back at the hotel in Dayton: girls in matching outfits for church.

I think I was still at my interview when the rest of the family stopped at McDonald's.
