The kids (except Naomi) enjoyed playing in a  warm, summer rain today.  There was no thunder and the sun was out in 10 minutes.

Cherries from our tree!

           A bountiful cherry harvest! I feel so blessed to have a cherry tree in our yard. Now I need to get pitting!

Cherry Picking

   Yes, the twins were making me a little nervous on the ladders, but they actually hung on pretty       well.  The kids all loved finding the red ones.

 Abbey and Isaac were also picking but the camera died before I could get a picture of them.  They were all good pickers.  They are learning to only pick the good ones and they did not eat too terribly many!

Wedding pictures!

We spent last weekend at a cousin's wedding, where all five children were invited to participate.  Ethan and Isaac were in charge of handing out programs; Naomi and Abbey were flower girls, and Luke was the ring-bearer.

Luke was supposed to be the ring-bearer, but a lack of napping caused a lack of cooperation, so Ethan and Isaac cheerfully stepped in.
