Sunday, March 15: first week of church-at-home.  We used orange juice and saltines for communion because that was the closest we could get!

I was hoping the blue flowers would show up, but I just have my phone camera, not high quality photo potential.

This is Wildcat Creek.

The kids agree that this is a great place to cool off.  It is quite a bit cooler inside here.

Spring Outings

                            They are pretty good about posing for pictures for their mom!

I found this strange bright yellow slimy looking growth on a log at the Celery Bog recently.  Great fuel for research!

Look for the area of bare dirt underneath the roots of a fallen down tree.  It was right about here that I saw the fox and then it disappeared.  I think there is a fox den that starts under those roots.

 Last but not least, some lovely spring flowers, forest moss, and pail of sugar maple sap brimming over!

Gymnastics 1

Luke and Naomi started gymnastics yesterday; both paid very careful attention to their instructor and did great!
