Big sister meets little brother

Grandma and Grandpa brought Abigail with them when they came to see Ethan. They're watching her today, tonight, and tomorrow. Abigail did very well: she was interested in him, and pointed at him a number of times, but generally was neither excessively interested in him nor ignored him altogether. She'll still complain when she wants Mommy and Mommy is busy with Ethan, but all in all I think she'll do just fine.

Introducing Ethan!

About 15 minutes old, in this picture. He may have been crying in this picture, or perhaps he's just yawning. I don't think he ever cried for more than 30 seconds in all the time I was there today!

Abigail Irene was born on December 4, 2007 at 5:30pm. Debbie woke me up about 4:00 Tuesday morning and said she thought it might be time to go. They admitted us about 5:15am, and twelve hours later we were not two, but three.

We brought Pooh with us---that's my Pooh, from when I was a baby. There's a picture of me in the hospital, with Pooh beside me. So I wanted a picture of Abigail with Pooh, too.
